PROJECT MANAGER
PAY: COMMISSION + PERFORMANCE BASED INCENTIVES
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Roofing and Exterior Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing and exterior restoration projects, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards of quality.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Project Management: Oversee roofing and home exterior projects from inception to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
- Sales Consultation: Engage with clients, understand their needs, and provide expert guidance on roofing and home exterior solutions.
- Client Generation: Must be able to prospect, qualify, identify and close new sales opportunities (targeted canvassing, referrals, preset leads, networking, social media)
- Customer Relations and Pipeline Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensure satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle and manage a dynamic sales pipeline to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Roof Inspections and Damage Assessment: Perform thorough inspections, this includes carrying, setting up, and climbing ladders to assess roofs for damage.
- Insurance Adjuster Meetings: Collaborate with insurance adjusters, attendmeetings, and provide necessary documentation to support claims.
- Assistance with Insurance Claims: Guide and assist customers through the insurance claims process to ensure a seamless experience.
- Estimates and Proposals: Prepare accurate project estimates and proposals, presenting them to clients in a clear and compelling manner.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external contractors to coordinate project activities and ensure seamless execution.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough inspections to guarantee the highest standards of workmanship.
